**Please take note that, there might be changes from time to time if anyone of the above has an emergency that they could not attend for the training session.

**Any person that would like to add more games after the 2nd game is over, need to seek permission from the person in charge or either the president.

**Make sure the person in charge will wait at the place where we gather to get the names early. After entering the bus, ask whether is there anyone that won't be playing for the day and make a small cross on the person's name to indicate that the person is not playing. Then start calculating how many people in a group and inform them before collecting the payment.

**The person in charge for the day needs to be at the bowling alley before 8.20 p.m to organize the training session. The warming up session will be conducted by the president and the person in charge. Please take note : there might not be a warming session if the training begins after 8.45 p.m.
